It is a really young neighborhood with lots of families and kids. Renters can have access to all of the Daybreak amenities including the community center with a gym, multiple pools in the summer, parks, playgrounds and tons of activities in the area. Ideally would like someone there by December 1. Would require 1 year lease agreement initially and then renter can pay monthly if you would like to stay. Just need 30 days notice to vacate. Would prefer renting to a family but would accept up to 3, unrelated adult (at least 21) roommates as well. HOA fee would be paid by renters, it is $135 a month but includes internet. All other utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and garbage) are paid by renter as well.
