Job Description
We are a rapidly growing online internet marketing company that creates and sells health and fitness products. We're currently in need of an energetic and dedicated customer experience agent to help with customer emails, incoming calls and possibly outbound sales calls. We are very transparent and only add team members who are self starters and can take constructive feedback when necessary. We also advocate the same in return so that our team enjoys coming to work every day.
Responsibilities
We need the following skill set:
-Extremely Organized: If you're someone who likes things organized or has the ability to keep things organized but isn't organized yourself, then this won't be a good fit for you.
-Self Starter: We like to hire team members who are confident in their skill set and can be self starters when needed.
-Detail Oriented: We often have various projects in the works at any given time and we need someone who can hold all of the information together.
-Outgoing: We need someone with an outgoing personality who's not afraid to get on the phone and take action when needed.
-Passionate: If you are looking for a simple paycheck then we are not for you. We are passionate about health, fitness and helping our customers achieve their goals. We care intensely about the company's success as well as yours and expect the same in return.
-Integrity - We need someone who is honest in their answers to our customers as well as being able to admit mistakes when made and learn from the necessary feedback. We need someone who is always looking to do the right thing even when nobody else is watching.
Bonus if you have experience with the fitness world and sales.
We're not your typical 9am-5pm operation.
-We need someone who is extremely flexible and can fit with our schedule. Our company has really busy weeks where we need a go team attitude with scheduling flexibility. In the past year we've developed a work culture that is hard working, flexible, and FUN and we really need someone who is like minded to join us!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
