Lead Development Representative
Job Description
MarketStar is currently looking Lead Development Representatives to join us in our South Jordan, UT location representing eBay in the digital advertising space. We re looking for individuals with experience in building influential relationships with business customers and qualifying leads as opportunities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success
Responsible for lead generation and pipeline development
The LDR must develop a solid understanding of the eBay's value proposition and be able to translate the value proposition into both written and oral communications with customers
Candidates must possess the ability and confidence to engage customers, evoke interest in digital advertising solutions, qualify and disqualify potential customers, think quickly on their feet, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios and a variety of buyers
Aligned with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to drive demand, qualify new leads and set sales appointments
Establish an ongoing outbound lead development cadence of prioritizing contacts, and contacting them through a coordinated outreach of email, phone and social
Establish regular cadence to coordinate with Outbound Sales team and management to provide an extended layer of support to drive new sales opportunities, schedule appointments in calendar, and provide follow-up, hand-off and feedback.
Capture and enter all lead generation activity into Salesforce CRM, and report on lead and stage development, forecasting and pipeline velocity as well as key market/segment intelligence
Qualifications
What s required to be considered?
College degree preferred
1 year experience in digital advertising preferred
1 or more years exceptional sales attainment in a quota-driven, high-demand environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and telephone presence
Self-motivated, accountable approach combined with strong sense of teamwork
Affinity for technology
Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
