Lodgable is a fast growing startup company that s looking to shake things up in the vacation rental industry. We are in the process of expanding our web team and are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Front-End Web Developer. Your responsibility will be to work directly with our designer and the rest of our development team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while maintaining integrity of design and functional aspects. Under the direction of the Web Development Manager, Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work in an organized manner with web developers and designers to build web interfaces
Always make time to conduct research in order to stay current on best practices, new web development trends, and emerging web technologies
Keep up with fast moving development and marketing team
Qualifications
Requirements
5
years of professional web development experience
Fluent in HTML5/CSS3 and strict with standards/best practices
A deep understanding of Javascript
Experience:
Interacting with RESTful APIs
With AngularJS (version 1.x), TypeScript, and reusable components
Using GIT for version control
Deploying and debugging cross browser/platform
Building responsive layouts and mobile web applications
Ability to work with developers to integrate front end layouts with back end code
Must have a strong eye for detail and a desire to promote development standards, as well as a passion for creating amazing web interfaces
Preference given for experience and aptitude in:
Undergraduate or advanced degree in related field (web design, computer science)
PHP frameworks (e.g. Zend Framework, Symfony)
MVC/MVVM development patterns
Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)
JavaScript build systems (e.g. Gulp/Webpack)
Stylistic Frameworks (e.g. Angular Material, Bootstrap)
Angular (versions 2+) or React
MySQL
JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g. Karma, Jasmine)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
