Technical Support Specialist

Job Description
Ready to work in an exciting environment with a great close-knit team? ProdataKey is a growing Utah technology company.
We have an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist to provide telephone support to ProdataKey dealers. The proper candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
Knowledge of low voltage wiring, networking, security equipment, or door hardware is a plus.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound dealer support calls.
Validate and author defect reports on issues found.
Enter RMAs.
Chat monitoring.
Document creation for dealer self-help knowledgebase.
Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills; Verbal, Written, Phone.
Low Voltage, Networking, Security Equipment, or Door Hardware experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficient in Google (Docs, Email, Calendar, Etc)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
