A schedule and dispatch individual performs preliminary phone screening of calls accepted from PREM (Problem, Resolution, Escalation, Management Team), Field support or Customers. Prioritizes calls with customer, orders parts and dispatches corrective maintenance. Manage communications and requests from field engineers through email and phone calls. Maintain a basic understanding of account base information including internal contacts and basic requirements and procedures for major accounts.
