years prior experience in customer service; may also require specific knowledge of financial regulations or investment products.
Respond to an extremely large volume of calls that enter the servicing area. May require familiarity with Turret phones or other large multi-line phone system.
Typical client calls include questions about checks, debit cards, Retirement and basic finance.
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work any hours 7 days a week from 7am-11pm
