Progressive Finance has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Screener. We are growing and looking to strengthen our quality assurance department. If you have strong listening skills and enjoy working with employees to provide better quality to our customers this may be the position for you.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to maintain a positive attitude, communicate well, and have good judgment. You will meet with employees to review, formulate goals, implement those goals to better serve and improve our client relations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have at least 6 months of call center experience
Must be willing to work Monday - Friday, fulltime 9-5 open to Saturdays dependent on department needed
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, moderate Excel, and internet explorer
Must type 40 wpm
At least 90% or above on QA if internal applicant
Having no more than 3 print customers if internal applicant
Additional Qualifications/skills:
Good time management skills
Strong social skills
Good planning/appointment setting skills
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Analyze and report data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Identify problems and suggest areas of improvement
Monitor risk management activities
Be able to offer instructive criticism
