Landmark Home Warranty, Utah's leading home warranty company, is seeking an
Inbound Order Processing Representative to join our growing team.
Job
Summary:
Answer incoming calls from Real Estate Professionals and Consumers.
Respond to emails and website submissions from Real Estate Professionals.
Make outbound calls to Real Estate Professionals to confirm online Order submissions.
Ensure Real Estate Professionals are receiving friendly, effective and efficient customer service.
Job
Responsibilities:
-Open and Process Orders by phone, email, fax.
-Data Entry.
-Develop and maintain working knowledge of industry systems, process, and pricing.
Requirements:
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Professional telephone etiquette.
-Basic written communication skills.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-1+years customer service experience preferred.
-Full Time Schedule
Compensation:
$11.00/hr. to start
After 90 Days
$12.00/hr., Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability
After 1 Year
$13.00/hr., and opportunities to grow within the company.
Drug test and background check required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
