We have an immediate opening in our new South Jordan, UT office for a Receptionist/Office Assistant.
We seek a candidate who is customer-focused, interested in learning about international business, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities. This role will interface with internal as well as external customers, requiring excellent phone skills, a professional demeanor and strong computer skills (MS Office). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative and disciplined. In addition to standard front desk duties such as answering phones, receiving/distributing mail and packages, ordering supplies and coordinating staff events, you must also be able to work on special projects as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
