Payment Specialist, Entry level Collections Agent

We have part-time and full-time positions available. You will be working in the South Jordan Utah. As a Payment Specialist, you will build relationships with our customers that need help in their first 60 days of missing a payment to create a new payment plan and get them back on schedule.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet explorer
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus but not required
