Software Developer
In a team environment, the person filling this position must be able to thoroughly communicate objectives, resolve problems themselves, and be a self-starter with the ability to work alone. We hope they'll be excited about seeing their applications used by major companies all over the country. Must be familiar with the Agile processes and have a knack for developing clean documented code.
A good working knowledge of MySQL, Silverlight, WPF, XML, HTML, .Net, web services and C#. Communicate effectively with management, developers, customer support agents and customers regarding existing products, new project development specifications and documentation. Will need to participate in the development of new products as well as ongoing development of our existing products including implementing new features, finding and fixing bugs, and communicating with other systems. Must be familiar with the full development lifecycle and have the ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
