Collector / Account Manager
We are seeking highly motivated and goal oriented representatives that can collect assigned goals.
Job duties include inbound and outbound calls, collecting debts on past due bills, and building and maintaining consumer relations while providing customer service.
We are looking for full-time employment (8 hours per day) M-F noon - 8.00 pm and two required Saturdays a month from 7:
00 am until 12:
00 pm. We have multiple openings.
Employment is contingent on pre-employment drug testing, and random testing throughout employment.
Employment is also contingent on a pre-employment background check.
Employees are expected to meet a monthly goal and should be team players. Having negotiation abilities is a plus as is the ability to handle frustrated consumers.
Pay is negotiable based on experience, plus we have great bonus incentives.
