Mold Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a self motivated Molding Maintenance Technician for our swing shift (2 - 10 p.m., Monday - Friday)
Job Duties:
Will be expected to maintain, troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, regrinders, water temperature controllers, auto loaders, sprue pickers and robots in a timely manner in a high volume production setting.
Will assist with other manufacturing equipment maintenance as needed
Skills Required:
Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Ability to work as a team member to accomplish maintenance objectives
Understanding of preventative maintenance procedures
Understanding of lock out/tag out procedures
Must be proficient in use of DMM amp meter, megger and related injection molding troubleshooting tools
Understanding of industrial power
Clean room experience helpful
