Customer Service Consultant

Ensure delivery of excellent customer service. Foster solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Coordinate with other departments to resolve inquires. Build and maintain business relationship with clients by responding promptly and accurately to all customer needs.
This position is the central point of contact for all customer-related activities and inquiries with responsibility for the following:
Field and provide resolution to billing, technical and general questions
On board new clients
Provide training on systems and products
Set up new accounts (contracts, accounting and SalesForce)
Respond to Clients' e-mails and voicemails within established SLAs
Work closely with Finance and Operations IT to resolve and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain and update client records with changes
Ensure accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients are documented
Produce written information for customers regarding Verisys products or services
Learn about Verisys' products and services and keep up to date with changes
Review and audit major deliverables (batch results, summary reports, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
May perform other assignments and special projects as assigned by the incumbent's manager.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong computer proficiency and work experience in Microsoft Windows environments. Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
Demonstrated ability to show initiative and accept ownership of projects
College degree or equivalent experience required
Proven customer service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with staff and internal partners to problem solve to achieve goals.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Manage priorities and time appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Excellent organizational skills required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Highly motivated and ambitious professional
Ability to adapt and change in a fast-growing production environment
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Willingness to submit to a full background investigation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
