Key Responsibilities and Job Description:
Internal Appointment Setters at Finicity do not make cold calls. All calls are prescheduled with individuals and families who are seeking the services we offer. Setters call contacts who have prescheduled an appointment, identify the goals and objectives of the contact, align expectations, determine qualifications, and then help the contact set a presentation appointment with our internal sales team. Our best Setters are groomed to join our amazing Inside Sales Team.
Pay and Benefits:
Individuals who join our Setters team will receive competitive compensation including hourly wages, commissions, and generous bonuses. We are currently hiring for Part-Time Evening and weekend positions, Monday through Saturday. Finicity is closed on Sundays.
Qualified applicants must have a proven track record with direct sales. Strong closing skills are required. Applicants must be confident and have excellent personal and written communication skills. Good computer skills are essential, including an understanding of the Internet, Email, MS Word and MS Excel. All new hires are required to pass a background check and a review of references and past employment. All employees must be eligible to work legally in the U.S.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
