Office Manager/Biller

We are a multidisciplinary integrated office incorporating physical medicine to include physical therapy, trigger point and joint injections, physical exams, diagnostics including x-ray, ultrasound, nerve conduction velocity testing, EMG's and lab, chiropractic treatment, weight loss, bracing, nutrition, lipolaser body contouring, and other services.
We need a great leader that can become office manager. This person will also help out with some billing duties, including verifying patient insurance benefits, clean up accounts receivables, be able to analyze a patient or insurance ledger and understand how to clean it up and follow up to get it collected, post payments, scan bank deposits, balance a ledger, answer patient and insurance questions, use excel to create a patient treatment cost analysis and many other things.
As office manager he/she will perform a variety of office management duties. This person will work closely with the doctors so that they can delegate tasks to have more time for patient management.
Must be organized, fast paced, able to juggle many tasks at once and thrive in that environment, have skills that allow him/her to cover at front desk, therapy, billing, etc. Must be able to gain the respect of other team members and be an excellent leader. Need to be good working with numbers. Need to be self directed and able to figure things out well. Please only apply if you have these skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
