Records Cooridinator and Technical Writer

Ultradent is seeking candidates for the position Records Coordinator and Technical Writer in our Ultradent Library.
Job Duties
Gather, scan, archive, and store various documents and records from throughout Ultradent.
Assist Ultradent personnel in finding and managing archived records.
Use the internet to find dental journals, articles, or other information requested by Ultradent personnel.
Review current Library procedures and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and guidelines. Establish new procedures as
needed.
Technical writing: document Library procedures clearly and accurately.
Skills Required:
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Expert knowledge in the most recent version of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Proven strong analytical, evaluative, and research skills.
Demonstrated ability to apply sound knowledge of best practices related to records management, including the preservation and protection of the records.
Detail oriented, self-directed, motivated, and proactive.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with personnel across the entire company.
Proven ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects to meet rigorous deadlines
Must be proactive where there is a need to acquire information concerning policies and procedures.
Experience/Schooling or Degree Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical writing experience
Database and internet research experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
