Call Center Scheduling Specialist - Full & Part Time

As a member of the Finicity Scheduling Team you will be responsible for the following:
Making outbound calls to warm leads to schedule coaching appointments
Making confirmation calls after sales presentations
Handling inbound calls to assist customers in resolving issues
Providing exceptional customer experiences
Completing other duties as they are assigned
Full-time positions are now open for all shifts, Monday through Saturday. Part-time positions are open with a preference for evening hours. Finicity is closed on Sundays.
Full & Part time positions available for all hours.

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Experience in customer service highly desirable
Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented
Exceptional phone skills/etiquette and interpersonal skills
Excellent English language skills, including a clear speaking voice and good use of grammar
General computer skills required
Spanish language skills are not required but are helpful

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
