Finicity Corporation is seeking exceptional individuals to join us as Personal Budgeting Coaches. If you are passionate about helping others, if you love teaching, and if you have demonstrated experience in personal coaching or teaching, we want to talk to you. We are accepting applications now for one of our unique and limited Money4Life Center Personal Budget Coach postions.
Money4Life Personal Budgeting Coach responsibilities include:
Teaching clients the principles of Envelope Budgeting.
Teaching clients the value of creating and living within a Balanced Spending Plan.
Helping clients understand how spending less than you make on a consistent basis is the best way to reduce debt and build wealth.
Guiding clients through budgeting challenges and help them to stay on track to reach their goals.
Helping clients learn how to use the Mvelopes Application, including:
- Using Mvelopes to better manage your money on a day-to-day basis,
- Using Mvelopes for spending management and living within a budget to reduce debt quickly and effectively,
- Using Mvelopes to track spending, build a spending plan, and plan for future expenses,
- Using Mvelopes to create and follow a debt elimination plan,
- Using Mvelopes to set up automated bill pay,
- Using Mvelopes to create reports to learn from what has happened in the past and to better plan for the future, and
- Using Mvelopes to manage and use credit cards effectively.

High School Diploma Required; Associate or Bachelor Degrees STRONGLY preferred;
Money4Life Coaching Candidates would ideally have a background in finance, education, counseling, or possibly even family and consumer studies. Some experience with the Mvelopes application is preferred, but not required. Varied life experience is a strong advantage. Excellent people skills, excellent computer skills, good verbal communication, the ability to listen, a desire to help others, and exceptional phone skills are all important. An applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint. Training will be provided. All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. All new employees must successfully pass a mandatory background check and a review of work history and references.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
