Inbound Sales Team Lead, Call Center
Summary: A Team Lead operates in a supervisory role monitoring employee activity and sales technique so as to create a positive environment in which employees can achieve company goals and perform at expected high levels. The incumbent performs day-to-day operations of the NSC focusing on measuring and monitoring employee performance. The incumbent embraces a team mentality with the ability to bring together employees from varied backgrounds working towards a common objective, and includes continuous training in client service and sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Interviews and screens for Sales Representative positions
-Oversees all real-time and intra-day activities to ensure service goals are met
-Maintains master NSC staffing schedules
-Monitor attendance and productivity of NSC employees
-Coaches and trains NSC employees, both initially and ongoing, and provides constructive feedback for continual improvement
-Meets NSC operational standards by implementing sales, customer service, and quality standards; resolving problems and identifying trends, identifying systems improvements
Supervises Sales Representatives, meeting NSC service levels, sales and budget targets
-Manages and approves NSC payroll
-Handles escalated calls in professional, courteous manner
-Monitors Sales Representatives ensuring that sales and service is at an optimal level
-Resolves personnel issues and escalates to proper administration as needed
-Evaluates and recommends methods for improvement of practices
-Supervises and oversees NSC day-to-day operations
-Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
