Skilled Scheduling Center Specialists
Are you ready to take your outbound call center and appointment closing skills to the next level? Finicity Corporation, the makers of Mvelopes, is looking for individuals with proven skills to fill the position of Scheduling Center Specialist. As a member of the Finicity Scheduling Team you will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads to schedule coaching appointments
- Making confirmation calls after sales presentations
- Handling inbound calls to assist customers in resolving issues
- Providing exceptional customer experiences
- Completing other duties as they are assigned
Part-time positions are open with a strong preference for evening hours. Finicity is closed on Sundays.
Finicity is currently located at 859 West 106th South in South Jordan, but beginning in October we will be relocating to Vine St, in Murray, right next to the Trax and FrontRunner stations of 53rd South.

- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Call Center experience strongly preferred (all but required)
- Experience in customer service highly desirable
- Sales and Closing skills are a huge advantage
- Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented
- Exceptional phone skills/etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills, including a clear speaking voice and good use of grammar
- General computer skills required
- Spanish language skills are not required but are helpful
