Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events - Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion - Respond to reviews on a timely manner - Help with keeping in room item stock - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred - Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks We offer competitive pay based on experience.
This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
Working weekend and holidays is required for this position.
