This savvy individual will be our Billing Specialist, Office Coordinator, and Medical Receptionist.
We need a dedicated person who has the commitment, compassion, and commitment to work with our team in assuring the best possible success for our clients.
Our new clinic is in a deluxe office setting in South Jordan, Utah.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining billing and correspondence with insurance companies Pre-authorizations from insurance companies You will be the face of our clinic while answering phones, emails, and questions from clients, and potential clients Onboarding of clients Operate medical equipment as needed (training and certification will be provided) Organizing office operations and procedures Be the example of a positive, happy, helpful, patient-focused attitude of success, confidence in body language and interactions with others
Qualifications:

years experience in insurance billing, medical billing with insurance companies a plus Proficient in Google Suite with exposure to some data management software experience Certifications, or college education is preferred Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus Perks:
