Responsibilities:
The Analyst supporting Client Relations/Senior Investor inquiries and concerns will ensure Firm compliance with regulations governing the handling of non-sales practice client complaintsResponsible for collaboration with branches and operational business partners in the investigation, research, and resolution of a large volume of assigned cases in a formal written format to communicate the Firm's decision to the clientThis position may also be tasked to handle other various operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including settlement processing, Privacy Opt Out processing, and incoming telephone callsOther projects may be assigned on an as-needed basisQualifications and Skills Required:
Excellent grammar and composition skillsExcellent written and oral communications skillsPreferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in English or a Communication related discipline; work experience considered in lieu of these degreesThe ideal candidate will have knowledge and some level of expertise in the brokerage industry or banking operationsStrong initiative and driveProficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook programsProven ability to work effectively with all levels of employeesExceptional phone presentation skillsAble to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment while handling a wide variety of tasksStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skillsAbility to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphereNon-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).
