monthly transactions) EXPERIENCE of at least 2 years or similar experience.
Job Duties:
Post, process and track all dealer trade transactions including MCO transfer and payment.
Post, process and track all wholesale transactions including title transfer, securing proper lien release, POA, etc.
and related payments.
Prompt and frequent follow-up on outstanding title issues with various customers, state title agencies, wholesalers and other dealers.
Assist with weekly accounting office schedule review.
Assist with developing processes and internal inspection procedures to insure prompt and efficient title processing.
Assist with monthly state report filing.
Cross-train for other accounting office functions to be able to assist co-workers as work-load dictates.
Other duties as assigned by Controller.
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Position is M-F, 8 am - 5 pm.
