It is a requirement to live local to the South Jordan area.
Any applicants who are not in a commutable city will be rejected.
Schedule:
Schedule can range anywhere from 6am-10pm; Sunday- Saturday (you will be assigned a schedule after training which will be 5 days a week, 8 hours a day) The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for the users who call the IT Service Desk.
Demonstrate heightened customer service skills to provide phone support including:
Listening to the customer to gain an accurate understanding of the situation Being empathetic to the customers situation and having a sense of urgency to resolve the issue Producing accurate, detailed documentation at the client, problem and incident level Resolving conflict Responsible for high quality end-user technical support, related to enterprise software and hardware Responsibilities include assessment, triage, research, training/education and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components in a fast paced 7x24x365 environment Recommended Skills Reports Analysis Information Systems Auditing Interface Process Improvements (Business) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
