6 Months Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need Job Description In this role you will be responsible for loan review, payment processing, loan documentation, and quality checking work before processing approved loan requests for a global Fortune 500 company! Responsibilities Quality checking all incoming loan application and change request forms Receive and process loan question and review phone calls including outbound calls as needed Test and pilot loan application changes by partnering with IT and Project Manager stakeholders Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of financial services field Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, and be able to work independently Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Education and Other Requirements Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred:
Financial Processing Experience/Loan Review and Payment Experience Should you accept an offer for an opportunity, with this client, we do require a background check (7 years and active cases), fingerprinting which will include verifying your education and your employment history for the last 7 years.
