Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Ability to contribute in a fast paced environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working both on-site, as well as capable of working remote; must have a functioning laptop/desktop, internet and a phone line - Hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
Candidates must be comfortable working all types of shifts.
The initial training is Remote and during regular business hours however they are assigned shifts based on business needs afterwards.
