Job Description SUMMARY OF DUTIES Responsible for assisting with the company's overall tax planning and compliance process, including both domestic and foreign taxes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED Responsible for the preparation of all federal and state income tax returns and quarterly estimated payments. Manages deadlines to ensure tax returns are filed timely. Prepares the company's quarterly and annual tax provision calculations according to ASC 740. Assists in implementing and maintaining transfer pricing policies and procedures. Works with foreign Finance personnel on various foreign tax issues. Manages the company's federal and state income tax audits. Assists with sales and use taxes. Assists with tax planning and tax research. Prepares and analyzes tax records and reports. Maintains tax records and prepares miscellaneous tax studies and assignments. Performs supervisory responsibilities to include interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, assigning and coordinating work assignments, etc. Performs other duties and tasks, as required. Writing Sitting Standing Bending Visual acuity Color perception Depth perception Reading Field of vision/peripheral SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Six years of tax accounting experience, two of which in a supervisory role. A broad knowledge of accounting and financial control principles and their business applications. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in performing accounting tasks. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a public accounting firm. Experience preparing corporate consolidated returns. Master's Degree in Accounting. Certified Public Accountant. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
TaxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
